Select which tour you would like to enjoy and select a requested tour time.

All Oceanstar Tours are on a request basis and are not confirmed until you receive your Evoucher pdf and/or SMS Text.

The Evoucher pdf will be sent in a separate email only when your tee time is actually confirmed and booked.

If we can not book your requested tour time, we will contact you via email and call you with alternative OceanStar.

Once a booking has been confirmed by Hawaii Oceanstar a 15% processing fee applies to all cancellations for any tour service booked. Cancellations made within 24-0 hours prior to confirmed tee time are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exceptions - All tour cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour time, if Hawaii Oceanstar is not notified more than 72 hours in advance the rounds WILL NOT BE refunded. NO-SHOWS are NON REFUNDABLE. Groups of 12 or more are NON-REFUNDABLE within 7 days. Rain Checks: All rain check policies are determined by the tour service.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Our team members are on hand during regular office hours Monday - Sunday (8am-5pm Hawaiian Standard Time) to assist you.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover, JCB, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Bitcoin. All payments are made to Hawaii Oceanstar.

In case of bad weather, call us to see if the Tour Service is open for play. If the tour is closed on your scheduled day of play we can reschedule or fully refund your money. As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to play. It is your responsibility to inquire as to the rain refund policy at each course. In most cases, the tour will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round.

In general, tour wear is expected. Spike-less golf shoes are strongly recommended and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts are acceptable; however, courses with strict dress codes expect shorts to be at least 16" in length. Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, or sneakers. For women, we recommend golf shoes with socks, collared shirts, and slacks, shorts, or golf skirts.
